Nicole Valentin Alicea, Founder and President
As a bilingual marketing strategist (English and Spanish), brand builder, and advertising executive, I partner with businesses to eliminate the chaos of fragmented vendors and bring clarity, consistency, and results to their marketing.
I founded Brand NV in 2010 to serve as a full-service outsourced marketing department, delivering strategic leadership and execution that enables clients to grow with confidence.
I’m the creator of the Brand NV Method™, a strategic framework designed to align internal teams, unify your brand presence, and drive long-term growth.
I also host the Create Brand NV Podcast, where I spotlight smart strategies and inspiring stories from business leaders and subject matter experts.
My educational background includes a degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, advanced coursework in Entrepreneurship Essentials and Disruptive Innovation from Harvard Business School Online, Executive Leadership Training from the 4A’s in New York City, and I’m currently completing an online MBA through Augment.
Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Tampa, I’m passionate about empowering businesses and giving back to the community by volunteering our marketing services to several nonprofits in the Tampa Bay area.
