The opportunity:
Brand NV is looking for a Remote Freelance Marketing Coordinator to bring our client marketing roadmaps to life, driving initiatives forward and ensuring every task is completed with excellence.
Who you will work with:
You’ll collaborate closely with our support team, web developers, and graphic designers. You’ve already been freelancing for a few years and love the flexibility of working from home, but now you’re craving the energy of being part of a team that’s made up of marketing, advertising, and branding professionals who share your passion for creating campaigns and content that deliver real results for our clients.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about keeping client messaging consistently on-brand, on-strategy, and cohesive. Staying organized and on top of the details is second nature to you. We are looking for a natural ‘farmer,’ someone who thrives on nurturing relationships and taking great care of accounts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
DIGITAL
Social Media:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with clients overall marketing goals and brand identity.
• Create or direct the creation of engaging content, graphics, images, and videos for client accounts on multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across client social media channels in a manner appropriate to the brand.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
Digital Ads:
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for client brand awareness, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives. Measure, track and analyze KPI’s for client accounts.
Website:
• Review and direct the updating of our client’s website content, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush) to gather data on website performance, user behavior, and traffic sources.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
Google My Business and Bing:
• Regularly update and maintain accurate and comprehensive business information, including address, phone number, website URL, operating hours, and business category.
• Upload client’s professional photos to showcase client’s business, products, and services.
COPYWRITING
• Create engaging copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, brochures, advertisements, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.
• Capable of researching various topics to gather relevant information, ensure the accuracy of their content, and keen eye for detail.
GENERAL
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and presentations for assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate clients’ photoshoots and video shoots, including developing shot lists and managing day-of logistics. Oversee post-production processes and maintain effective communication with vendors.
• Support the overall team, as needed. Be a team player!
Candidates must be US based, have a reliable internet connection and communicate concisely, professionally positively, and pleasantly.
