The opportunity:

Brand NV is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute the marketing annual roadmaps we’ve developed for our clients and see to it that every initiative is implemented flawlessly.

Your role is to diligently monitor dates and prioritize the brand’s best interests. Your responsibility is to care for, lead, and make strategic decisions that benefit the brand.

Who you will work with:

You will collaborate with our support team, our copywriters and graphic designers. You’re excited to work from home, but you’re also craving to be a part of a team composed of other marketing, advertising, and branding professionals that are just as passionate as you are about creating marketing materials and ads that produce results for our clients.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, team-oriented and loves ensuring that the client’s messaging is consistently on-brand, on-strategy, and cohesive. We are looking for a natural-born “farmer” or “nurturer” (as opposed to a hunter). You love taking care of your accounts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Social Media:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with clients overall marketing goals and brand identity.

• Create or direct the creation of engaging content, graphics, images, and videos for client accounts on multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across client social media channels in a manner appropriate to the brand.

• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum impact and engagement.

Digital Ads:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for client brand awareness, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives. Measure, track and analyze KPI’s for client accounts.


• Review and direct the updating of our client’s website content, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.

• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush) to gather data on website performance, user behavior, and traffic sources.

• Basic understanding of SEO.

Google My Business and Bing:

• Regularly update and maintain accurate and comprehensive business information, including address, phone number, website URL, operating hours, and business category.

• Upload client’s professional photos to showcase client’s business, products, and services.


• Create engaging copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, brochures, advertisements, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.

• Capable of researching various topics to gather relevant information, ensure the accuracy of their content, and keen eye for detail.


• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and presentations for assigned client accounts.

• Coordinate clients’ photoshoots and video shoots, including developing shot lists and managing day-of logistics. Oversee post-production processes and maintain effective communication with vendors.

• Support the overall team, as needed. Be a team player!
