The opportunity:
Brand NV is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute the marketing annual roadmaps we’ve developed for our clients and see to it that every initiative is implemented flawlessly.
Your role is to diligently monitor dates and prioritize the brand’s best interests. Your responsibility is to care for, lead, and make strategic decisions that benefit the brand.
You will collaborate with and give feedback to our writers and designers. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a wonderful team-player and problem solver and loves to ensure the client’s messaging is consistently on-brand, on-strategy, and cohesive.
You love taking care of clients making sure all their needs are met. You’re excited to work from home, but to also be a part of a group of marketing, advertising, and branding professionals passionate about creating marketing materials and ads that produce results for our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
DIGITAL
Social Media:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with clients overall marketing goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging content and create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for client accounts on multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across client social media channels in a professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
Digital Ads:
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns for client brand awareness, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives. Measure, track and analyze KPI’s for client accounts.
Website:
• Update and maintain the website’s content, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to gather data on website performance, user behavior, and traffic sources.
Google My Business:
• Regularly update and maintain accurate and comprehensive business information, including address, phone number, website URL, operating hours, and business category.
• Ongoing posting of high-quality photos to showcase client’s business, products, and services.
• Basic understanding of SEO.
COPYWRITING
• Create engaging copy for various channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, brochures, advertisements, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.
• Capable of researching various topics to gather relevant information, ensure the accuracy of their content, and keen eye for detail.
GENERAL
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and presentations for client accounts.
• Coordinate clients’ photoshoots and video shoots, including developing shot lists and managing day-of logistics. Oversee post-production processes and maintain effective communication with vendors.
• Support the overall Marketing team, as needed
